Charter Trips
Every trip is fully guided by a USCG-licensed captain. Inshore, red snapper and blast and cast trips leave from our dock in Hopedale; offshore trips leave from Venice Marina.
Charter Fishing / Lodging Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
- A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required per boat, per trip to secure your fishing date.
- A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required per day for lodging, to secure your stay.
Weather Policy
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel the trip. If the captain cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions, your deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled trip date.
Cancellation Policy: Fishing Trip
- Trips canceled within 21 days of the scheduled trip date will forfeit $300.00 of the deposit per boat.
- Trips canceled within 7 days of the scheduled trip date will forfeit the entire $500.00 deposit per boat.
- Trips canceled the day before the scheduled trip will be responsible for payment of the full trip amount.
- No-shows are responsible for the full trip amount.
Cancellation Policy: Lodging
- Lodging canceled within 21 days of the scheduled stay in the lodge will forfeit $150.00 per night.
- Lodging canceled 14 days prior to the scheduled stay in the lodge will forfeit the entire $200.00 deposit per day booked in the lodge.
- Lodging canceled the day before the scheduled stay will be responsible for the payment of the full lodging amount.
- No-shows are responsible for the full lodge stay amount.
- Weather cancellation by the captain will allow for your deposit to be transferred to a rescheduled date.
Additional Information
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Trip departure times are scheduled in advance and will leave promptly at the agreed time.
- Weather cancellations are determined solely by the captain for the safety of all passengers.
